These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of www.vastustoreonline.com (the "Website") and to every purchase you make from Vastu Store Online, Mumbai, India ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Refund, Shipping and Privacy policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Website with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
• You agree to give accurate and complete information and to keep your account details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must not use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose, or try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it.

2. Products and descriptions

• Many of our products are natural (Rudraksha, gemstones, crystals) or handmade (metal, silver and brass items). Colour, size, shape, texture and weight may vary slightly from photos and descriptions. Weights are approximate.
• Photos are for illustration. Screens show colours differently.
• Lab certificates are provided only where stated on the product page.

3. Spiritual and Vastu disclaimer

Our products are sold as traditional religious, spiritual, Vastu, Feng Shui and astrological items, based on traditional beliefs. We make no guarantee of any specific result, such as health, wealth, success, relationships or protection, and results vary from person to person. Product information is general and is not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice. Do not use our products as a substitute for professional advice or treatment. Any consultation or recommendation we give, including gemstone or Rudraksha suggestions, is for guidance only and is your own decision to follow.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are set in US dollars. Prices shown in other currencies are converted for your convenience only; the final amount charged is shown at checkout, and your bank or PayPal may apply its own exchange rate and fees.
• Prices and availability can change without notice. We may correct any pricing, description or stock error, including after an order is placed; in that case we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.
• Payment is taken through our payment providers (such as PayPal and UPI gateways). We do not store your full card details.
• Cash on Delivery is available only in India, on eligible orders, and may require confirmation by phone or WhatsApp.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an error, if delivery is not possible, or if an order looks fraudulent or breaks these Terms. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the amount paid. A minimum order value applies as shown at checkout.

6. Custom orders

For custom and made-to-order items, the design, materials, price and delivery time are those confirmed in our written quote (by WhatsApp or email). Work starts after payment. Custom items cannot be cancelled once work has started and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or materially different from the approved design. Prices of gold and silver items depend on the metal rate on the day of confirmation.

7. Shipping, customs and risk

Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provide. For international orders, you are the importer of record and are responsible for any import duties, taxes and customs requirements of your country. See our Shipping Policy for details.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns, replacements, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including text, product descriptions, photos, videos, graphics, logos and design, belongs to Vastu Store Online or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, download, republish or use any content for commercial purposes, including on marketplaces or other websites, without our written permission. We will take action against misuse.

10. Reviews and messages

Reviews, photos and messages you send us must be genuine, lawful and your own. You allow us to use them, without payment, to operate and promote our store. We may remove content that is false, offensive or unrelated.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, for loss of profit or opportunity, for results expected from the spiritual or Vastu use of a product, or for loss caused by misuse of a product, events outside our control, or third-party services such as couriers and payment providers.

12. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for any loss or claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website or products.

13. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, strikes, government action, customs holds, courier disruption or internet failures.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue. Subject to any mandatory rights you have under the law of your country of residence, the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on this page. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
