Which Rudraksha combination should I choose?
Tell us your purpose, such as health, career, education, relationships or protection, and we will suggest a combination with the reasons. If an astrologer has advised specific mukhis, list them in the form and we will match them exactly.
How long does a custom order take?
Most Rudraksha pendants, bracelets and malas are ready in 3–7 working days. Gold and silver items usually take 7–15 working days, depending on the design. We confirm the exact time in your quote.
Are the Rudraksha beads genuine?
Yes. We use natural Nepali and Indonesian Rudraksha, and a lab certificate is available for the beads. You will see photos of your actual beads before you pay.
How is the price of gold and silver items worked out?
The price is based on the metal weight at the current rate, plus making charges and any beads or stones used. Your quote shows the full price, including shipping, before you confirm.
Can I return a custom order?
Custom and made-to-order items are made specially for you, so they cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or different from the approved design. Please see our refund policy.
Do you ship custom orders internationally?
Yes. Shipping is free and tracked to India and 100+ countries. Import duties, if any, are paid by the recipient.
