How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched from Mumbai within 1–2 working days. International delivery usually takes 12–22 working days, depending on your country and customs clearance. You receive a tracking number by email.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Shipping is free and tracked to Hong Kong SAR and 100+ countries on orders from $50.
Will I pay customs duty or import tax?
Import duties and taxes, if any, are set by your country and paid by the recipient on delivery. They depend on the product and your local rules. If you would like an estimate before ordering, message us on WhatsApp.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards (Visa and Mastercard), processed securely by Stripe, or PayPal. Your card details are encrypted and never shared with us.
Are your products genuine?
Yes. We sell natural, traditionally made Vastu and spiritual products, and check every item by hand before packing. Where a lab certificate is mentioned on the product page, it is included with your order.
How do I know which product is right for me?
Each product page has a "How to use & place it" guide with the direction and steps. If you are still unsure, send us your question on WhatsApp and we will help you choose. For gemstones, use our free gemstone consultation.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us on WhatsApp or email with photos of the parcel and product as soon as it arrives, and we will help resolve it. Please see our refund policy for full details.
