How do I know which gemstone suits me?
Most people wear a gemstone recommended by their astrologer for a specific planet. If you don't have a recommendation, share your date, time and place of birth in the form and we will suggest suitable stones with the reasons, so you can confirm with your own astrologer before buying.
What is the difference between carat and ratti?
Carat is the international unit of gemstone weight (1 carat = 200 mg). Ratti is the traditional Indian unit; 1 ratti is roughly 0.9 carat, though conversions vary slightly between sellers. Tell us the unit your astrologer used and we will match the weight exactly.
Are the gemstones natural? Do they come with a certificate?
We supply natural gemstones, and a lab certificate is available for each stone. Choose "Yes, I need a certificate" in the form and we will include the certificate details with your shortlist.
Can you set the stone in a ring or pendant?
Yes. We can set your stone in a ring, pendant or bracelet in silver, gold or panchdhatu. Add your ring size in the form if you know it; if not, we will send a simple guide to measure it at home.
Do you ship gemstones internationally?
Yes. Shipping is free and tracked worldwide, and international orders are paid securely through PayPal. Delivery usually takes 12–22 working days depending on the destination and customs. Import duties, if any, are paid by the recipient.
Do I have to pay to get a recommendation?
No. The consultation and shortlist are free, and you only pay once you approve a specific stone.
