3. Return Request Process

  2. Share your Order ID and clear images of the product.

  3. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.

  4. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Return requests without proper images or order details may experience delays in approval.


4. Return Shipping

Once a return request is approved:

  • Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

  • The item must be securely packed in its original packaging.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Photos of the package received
